Solved the problem
Changed /etc/apache2/site-enabled to this
<VirtualHost *>
ServerAdmin .*.com
ServerName .*.com
DocumentRoot /home/user/.*.com/htdocs
getting errors, the main pages still work but the https:// are not working getting
Website error
SSL connection error
