Still same bug here!
My workaround is to add the following line in ~/.bash_rc to set it to Turkish(tr)
"gconftool-2 --type list --list-type string --set...
I found out that it was blacklisted:

So, if you want to give a try just rename the gecko* files to anything in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/
