I think (but not certain) it might be to do with Firefox.
It happened when I started FF just now. Quite often it happens when switching windows to FF.
FF is usually open somewhere when it happens,...

I should state that unlike power saving mechanisms, there is no minimum time delay.
It just happened to me three times in the space of a couple of minutes. Screen just turns off and on again.

I am using VMWare Workstation 6 to run Hardy - the host OS is Vista Ultimate 32.
I simply want to know how I can transfer files from the host OS's hard drive to the virtual drive of the guest OS...
