Well, it can be a server problem, I'll dig logs to see what happens.
I can recommend you one thing, copy a direct link you're going to download, then open a terminal and type there:

wget -c...

What do you mean? You get a broken download or you can't start download at all? I recommend using direct links and a third party app in first case.
