Hi,
I've been having problems with Teamspeak 3. Whenever I load it up, I need to close it and open it again, and it sounds very scratchy. For example, when I connect to a server, it sort of...
Well it connected to BTFON fine, and it locates the network and tries to connect to it, but doesn't. I've tried all the common-sense fixes like checking the password, and it's left me pretty...
I'll try them step by step on both.
michael@Bonoahx:~$ sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-headers-$(uname -r) build-essential dkms ndisgtk ndiswrapper-dkms ndiswrapper-utils-1.9...
No - I don't think I've changed anything to do with the kernels.
I have 4GB of RAM installed, but I've been told the drivers for the adapter only work on 32-bit so I guess I have 3GB of RAM. There isn't an option for 3.2.0.27 on the boot screen, only 3.2.0.29 and...

Hi,
I'm not sure if I should be making a new thread or not, but I've been having this problem too. I tried the steps but it seems to have made the problem worse. I'm using a Netgear N600 Wi-fi...
I am using ndiswrapper, yes. The only driver I have is for the adapter. Only other applications I've installed are things like Teamspeak and Skype, I can't see why that would do anything to it.

Tried that, but to no avail.
Didn't work either, which is quite a pain. If it helps:
michael@Bonoahx:~$ sudo apt-get install rfkill
[sudo] password for michael:
Oh... so you just installed Linux and it worked? It's worked fine on my seldom-used iPod Touch, and the rest of my family's phones and tablets...
So could it be a problem with my PC after all?
Hello (again...),
Whilst I was trying to fix a problem, I managed to create another one. I have now seemingly turned my wi-fi adapter off, when I do lsusb it's not there.
Is there any way to...
Hi,
Out of curiosity, is your ISP BT? Are you able to connect to other networks?
If it is BT, check this thread. The fixes haven't worked very well for me, but I hope they do for you:

Hello all,
I have a BT (British Telecommunications if you didn't know) HomeHub 3.0 router. I've done all the stuff on the forums to make my Netgear N600 Wireless adapter work, and it seems to...
I got it working! After numerous goes I installed it through WINE and found that I did some silly mistakes. For anyone viewing this for future reference, I used this off the WineHQ game list. One...
Thanks for that link, I'll try it out later. I guess that's what you get when you buy a £3 discount version!
Hello all,
I have the Sold Out Software UK version of Unreal Tournament 2004. I've tried running it under WINE but that didn't work that well. I then found out that they made it for Linux but...
