Anyone make the Logitech QuickCam Orbit AF work on Ubuntu?

I can open vmware player from the gnome applications menu. That allows me to start new vms. But what I can't do is make that instance of vmware player connect to the running virtual machine.

I filed my above issue as a bug here.

Christer will fix it in the next release, but my workaround is to delete Myfolding.htlm and then restart the service.

I was able to compile after installing libgtk2.0-dev


sudo apt-get install libgtk2.0-dev

Then I did the make, sudo make install, and all was well.
