    It does do 2D really good.

    Have you tried activating thee Vram as Swap?
    I dont remember exacly how to do it but a quick google search should point you in the right direction.

    Its a small Intel Atom Dual-Core box with a discrete Nvidia GPU capable of 1080p decoding thatnks to VDPAU.

    I wish i could do that too, but i really wanna do console emulation and both Mupen64plus [ N64 ] and Dolphin [ Gamecube / Wii ] need 3D acceleration to work at full speed.

    Just tested a Live CD of Ubuntu 8.10 x86 from a USB Pen and it looks like everything works "Out of the Box". :)
    It even detected the HP Quick Launch buttons and is now running at native resolution...
