as Niscrome pointed out in this thread, a fix for kubuntu (my problem was only in Kubuntu with the big K) is to disable the option to monitor changes of monitor by RANDR in the Service Manager.

I found help for my exact model (no this one) on this thread.
I only had to install the new intel drivers which are patched.
In my case I used the 64bit version.
