It works fine after i did this.
Tools-> Preferences-> Reset Prefernces.
Later, adjust the sound level just dragging it..that solves my problem :)

I Downloaded .deb(debian Package) & opened with gdebi.
It popped out,it was a wrong architecture amd 64.

By using,PPA Method..i get the following Error:

sudo: wvdial: command not found

Wvdial Package is not in my Ubuntu 11.10.

But i downloaded that Package & Copied into var/caches/apt/archives

& tried...
