Have you updated or installed a driver for OpenGL? How did it go? Have you tried running your games again with no issues?

Where you having any errors installing SoulSeek on Ubuntu? You can check out this guide for help. http://www.slsknet.org/news/node/482
Good work dude. You've been quiet for a while. I heard so much about the Hidden Asset game and it has gradually improved I say. I'd like to wait for the beta version.
Yes I think the problem narrows down to the graphics chip. You are using Intel GM965 Express Chipset. In my own opinion, the Intel HD Graphics 3000 is better. You can get ideas from here:...
Neverwinter Nights starts on 1920x1280 resolution on my end. What is your screen resolution before you launch the game? When you installed NWN, have you tried going to the video options from in-game...
Um.. thank you for your contribution. I hope you consider writing your response in a paragraph form so your post can be easy to read.
Are you using Ubuntu 14.04? Is xterm installed? Try this:
sudo mkdir -p /usr/share/terminfo/l
cd /usr/share/terminfo/l
sudo ln -s /lib/terminfo/l/linux linux
export TERM="linux"
Then start...
Do you have PlayDeb installed on your computer? I hope this helps: http://www.n00bsonubuntu.net/content/install-wolfenstein-enemy-territory-using-playdeb/
I found this in Ubuntu Apps directory: https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/applications/oneiric/glchess/. It's an open source game, hopefully it fits your game criteria.
Yes you can play on Linux TF2 with Windows TF2 players, but the performance on Linux will be slower by 15% more or less.
Maybe you can create a game about a soldier carrying a powerful gun with unlimited bullets battling advanced/hi-tech robots, soldier opponents and tanks in the jungle.
Please check out this thread and see if it solves your problem. A member named samuaz figured out the error by himself.

I have not experienced the same issue like yours but I hope you'll find the answer in this source package: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/trusty/+source/mesa
I apologize that I am not much of help.
When I experienced the same error, it was a graphics driver problem. I only opened the Additional Drivers, chose "Using X.Org X server (open source, tested)" driver, went to Ubuntu Software Center...
It's still better to use the licensed Minecraft game. Ubuntu won't always work with the pirated ones.
Do you happen to use Pulseaudio? If so, try to disable it and install alsa-base. Then try to reboot after the switch, see if it works.
Did you start Synaptic before selecting kdelibs? Try to do this at the terminal and please update if kbounce is running: sudo apt-get install kbounce
Have you installed kdelibs? As long as you have kdelibs in your package, it will give you what you need. Are you trying to run it on Gnome?
I think so. Your video drivers need to be updated and upgraded to a new one.
I heard of Goat Simulator that came out for Linux but I hate that game, man. I don't want to see goats killing people and vice versa (I only watched the trailer from Youtube).
Please heed oldrocker99's post. Re-install steam software and it might run after. Please keep us updated if it's working properly on your end.
I own a Garmin Forerunner 305 GPS unit and it runs well with Ubuntu. You can try slickymaster's recommendation on the product that you see on Kickstarter campaign, it's the latest GPS watch I think.
Good to know. This is a good addition to Linux game list. I can't wait for the Linux port to be available.
If you're talking about the Steam Machine, it's basically called a Steam Box. thnewguy explained it already. It will work on the TV out of the box - you plug it in HDMI cable, login on your Steam...
This is quite a good reason not to buy a game until it's available on Linux. Hopefully majority of Linux users should be aware of this.
