While upgrading from 13.10 to 14.04 via upgrade manager, I encountered a problem and upgrade stopped suddenly.
Later, it started showing:

No I didnot follow any of methods mentioned there. Instead I used the usb install and while installing it showed an option to upgrade to 12.10 (the same I did while upgrading from 10.04 to 12.04, and...
