    Ok,
    I removed them manually and run update-initramfs -u -k all - seems ok for now.

    I have noticed on virtualbox that in /boot directory are left some files - old kernel:
    initrd.img-2.6.38-11-generic (and config , abi , vmlinuz , ... )

    I cannot remove / uninstall them...

    package rsyslog (I did not mention it intentionally - I wanted to try avoid the discussion about importance of this package :-)
    I made "lock" in synaptic for that package and related packages...

    thanks a lot for help - problem solved. I had to manually redirect some links and remove some files because even links have been redirected it somehow have been redirected back to original libraries...

    Yes, I have read that I have to click on OK button otherwise it is not going to switch to that desktop - some new stuff in 12.10 against 12.04 . did not try ? Why ?
