    Yep still strange, because as you can see few posts ago, the driver was p_state and the governor powersave and not "really" idle as now in the same environment... Maybe the reason is the interaction...

    Yes, "intel_pstate=enable" option did it :

    A "very" strange thing is that after the installation of the nvidia proprietary driver (311), I have no more the intel_pstate kernel driver but only the cpufreq and ondemand ! Is that normal ?...

    Seens my upgrade to Xubuntu Precise with deadbeef from PPA (oneiric) it doesn't load cdda and vfs_zip plugins but they are both in /usr/lib/deadbeef as before! I don't know what's wrong......
