Hi all,

I've setup a gateway in my home office. To save the environment and money on electricity I've setup the gateway to power down and backup automatically. I've got the gateway powering back...

I get stuck in BusyBox with Xubuntu 8.04. Screens of buffer errors comes up before hand.

Anyone know a resolution?

Seems to be working with the latest updates. Thanks Ubuntu!

Tried uninstalling compiz with


sudo apt-get remove --purge compiz*

and reinstalling with


sudo apt-get install compiz compizconfig-settings-manager

xorg.conf

Thanks Neo0351, I finally got the drivers working, I had missed disabling nv.

I had Compiz working straight after i got the drivers working but it no longer works and am not sure as to what has...

Has anyone got drivers working for the NVIDIA 9600GT? I have followed the described procedure with the 171.06 driver, just as I have with previous cards but I keep getting a "low resolution"...
