This is like the 3 time I have posted that my clocks on ubuntu 12.10/gnome will not switch out of 24hr mode lol. I have tryed everything I can think Of... here is a screenshot of my problem>

Update: no luck with 3.7.0-5 (on 12.10) but am trying

sudo update-pciids && update-usbids
then
sudo update-grub
