under network, does there need to be anything other than wired and network proxy showing?

Thanks guys, but no change. i did the reinstallation of the wl but it still isnt working. checked to see if it was blocked and it says unblocked hard and soft. im completely losst as to what to do...

thanks. now how do i go about installing it? Once again, im not that good with terminal. im still used to .exe files lol.
