    Hmmm.... Try installing python-gobject. Also try apt-get build-dep python-gtk2 and then try installing python-gtk2. You definitely need that to run KC.

    Looks like missing SATA drivers in the kernel. You have to recompile with SATA drivers enabled - you probably disabled them by accident.

    That is really odd - I have no idea why it would be doing that. All KernelCheck does is call make xconfig. No options or anything.
