    I don't remember that the 1.1 Bios broke anything. It just didn't have any impact on the DSDT bug.

    To get the screen back after suspension, try the Ctrl-Alt-F1 and Ctrl-Alt-F7 keys. I don't remember which order. I just try them successively.

    Did you use any boot options? I tried the daily build a couple of days ago, and couldn't get it to boot up. It dumped me to a command prompt.

    I just tried it, and it works for me in 32-bit Lucid. I did put in the acpi=copy_dsdt boot option.
