Monocell, I recall in an old post that you tried installing the BIOS driver from Clevo? I'm curious to know if you're still using that and if it still continues to downclock the GPU.

I got the frequency statistic from intel-gpu-overlay. My kernel version is currently 3.13. I'll try upgrading it.
