Okay guys, how do we activate this new driver. I can't it when I'm in the "additional drivers" tab of "Software Sources". Yes, I checked the box for "proposed". I'm running 12.10 64bit.

Just fixed by going to Update Manager>Settings>Updates Tab>Notify me of new Version... Set to Any New Version. Mine, for some reason, was set to LTS Only...

Right after I changed that Update...

My system is not finding the update yet either. Tried doing the terminal codes as well as through update manager. Could it be as simple as it's just not officially out yet?

This is what I did to set up a Brother MFC-7360N to print over network connection. (Printer is hardwired to my wifi router).

Ok, if your using Totem Movie Player, go to:

Edit>Preferences>Display

Then click reset to defaults button at the bottom right.
