The splicing tool is done already and work nicely. This was just to make usability nicer. If you want to I can send you the code, it's GPL and uses Live.com library.

it is for a real time MPEG2TS splicing tool that can splice 2 mpeg2ts streams. I want to interact and give command to the splicer so that when I press 's' for example, it is splicing the streams....
