Are you able to connect to the phone at all, or even to any other bluetooth device?
Just give some sort of more detailed...

To find the root directory of MC, go to your home folder, press Ctrl+H and then open .minecraft and then the bin folder.
You can't run .exe applications without WINE, although some might not even...
