    apt-get upgrade returned dpkg error
    rebooted to complete upgrade
    4GB flash drive doesnt seem to have a bootloader now.
    i need a document on the persistence drive.

    one day i was using terminal and the the u key was dumping the clipboard everytime i pressed it. went to the keyboard shortcuts and u was set as the paste shorcut. changed back...

    resized vista to create swap and reiser partitions, kept recovery partition, installed ubuntu i386 9.04
    worked great for a long time with...

    the only difference is that installing into home folder only installs it for that specific user.
