I installed ubuntu gnome last nights daily. with that I cannot logon to desktop just blackcscreen and halt.
sometimes it did freeze like kubuntu. first I blacklisted fglrx and...

same thing happened with kubuntu live stick, shutting down ended kernel freeze.

that succesfull shutdown with charger connected was onetime "miracle", after that I havent got it working. I will install ubuntu gnome tomorrow hope it work if not I will go back to 15.10.

I think I will test to install ubuntu gnome in weekend. last time (beta1) it didnt start at all.
but first I will tonight test with live, will it shutdown.

Battery is fine, I have dual boot windows10 and it works like it should, so did ubuntu gnome 15.10.

My laptopr shutdown normally if charger is connected. without it allways kernel panic/freeze. even that I have updated almost daily.

where I can found that bind download link? even today starting is slow with wifi (with Kubuntu), with LAN cable connected reboot is normal.

just installed couple days ago beta 2 version of kubuntu. (I tried ubuntu gnome but it didnt work at all, that whole another thing :-) )

solved, I did remove with synaptic and reinstall now it works.

yes i used that also, but because that unity really is poor. I did remove it (4gig / ssd drive in eeepc 12gb /home ssd)

I found good replacement for unity which sucks hard (I mean unity)..
I removed unity and mutter try to install old netbooks didnt work well, strange big icons..
I remove also and forgot to remove...

How did you manage to pair headset with computer?
I cant even see by scanning ( hcitool scan )

I have same proble with ixus 950is.
I found when umount camera drive from desktop it works with digikam.
but I would like to get it work straight from connecting...

No :p I don't like gnome, but now you mention installing gnome, last night there came with apt-get dist-upgrade newer kde 3.4.3, but I forgot it.

I did install nvidia driver 7667 to my kubuntu breezy by this howto, and I did "found" one big problem.
When shutdown or reboot from KDE menu, computer goes almost off, power keep on running...
