Did you try typing exit?
Try installing the RAID or LVM after the initial installation. Also is that all of the error code? About 10 or so more lines above this code would be more helpful to grasp the situation.
Some system specifications would be nice. What hardware it is on is always relevant.
Burn a new CD and try to reinstall. It might be that the CD you use was or has gone bad. Also don't forget to check the BIOS setup. The option might not be shown when you boot but it is still there....
You might also try just reinstalling (minus the power glitch of course).
