i know for a fact it is not dell i was using joli os which is based off of ubuntu and this problem does not exist

i am running ubuntu 12.04 on a desktop with a 24 inch monitor connected through HDMI and when the screen goes to sleep the backlight stays lit

usually when you click on a trackpad mac or pc you use i finer to click the item and another one to drag the item and that's what i want as of tight now you use one finger to click on the item and...

the default is mapped to 1 fingre click and drag but i want to map it to 2 finger click and drag

so i have a macbook pro 8 1 and i am installing ubuntu 11.10 almost everything works but i cant get the two finger click and drag working

so i am trying to mount cifs share to a folder in ubuntu 11.10 with this code
sudo mount -t cifs //SMB server/share localfolder
and i get this error
mount error(13): Permission denied
