I have a laptop with the same integrated graphics. I personally wouldn't recommend using integrated gfx with Ubuntu to play WoW. On my windows partition for the laptop WoW barely runs anyway!

Yes, I'm experiencing the same thing. Its odd to me that key strokes are instantaneous but mouse movement and clicks are somewhat laggy.
