I have referred to several methods of installing the RaLink driver from source code.
The rt3562sta driver is installed:
root@ubuntu-laptop:~# find /lib -name 'rt35*.ko'...
Script worked great!
One suggestion for the future: An analogous tool for installed sources!
I use a bunch of PPA's, so a two step "expedited install" process could clone the repositories, and...
I hacked a similar process together for my HP ProBook 4430s based on the RT3592.

I think this may be the problem, when executing OGMRip from the command line I see this:
Plugin libogmrip-xvid.so disabled: MEncoder is built without XviD support
Plugin libogmrip-x264.so...
ubuntu performed some updates today, and now OGMRip has lost almost all of its plugins! Notably, x264 is completely gone.
I've tried reinstalling, to no avail.
Ideas?
Thanks.
I didn't use any plugins, just add a "on the network calendar" use the https format I posted above and select calDAV.
calDAV is the same data format my iPod touch uses, the whole setup works...
WOW!
Upgrading to Lucid broke PulseAudio and Rhythmbox completely, now in less than 5 minutes I'm up and running again!
THANK YOU
If I "dig" a server, results are quick (milliseconds).
If I "ping" a server, results take 3+ seconds to begin reporting, but once they start listing round-trip times are quick
