[ubuntu] Re: CPU Usage at 100%, Displaying extra CPU?

Your Atom processor has Intel's hyperthreading. The "hyperthreading CPU" is visible as a second CPU under all operating systems including Ubuntu. This is normal behavior of your CPU / computer.

[ubuntu] Re: "ubuntu 10.10" and "libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2"

Another option would be to install the Debian library package and it's dependencies of an older distribution e.g. Ubuntu Hardy. I used this way to get a program running which was compiled with Gcc 3.

Open a command line terminal and type "dmesg > fileyouwant.txt" without the quotes.
  12. Re: 5 years later - why is this not the 32 bit users section?

The main reason is of course that the 32 bits system runs fine on 64 bit computers. There is absolutely no need to switch to 64 bit, except if you have more than 4 GB of internal memory which you...
