    [SOLVED] gnome-terminal not respecting default shell

    I have my default shell set to zsh, my /etc/passwd lists zsh as my shell

    and when I hit ctrl-alt-fX to get to a tty, the login shell is zsh. The problem is gnome-terminal/other terminal emulators....

    unless your system is totally broken, you have mount. Check your spacing. Do you have a space between sudo and mount?

    Make sure you're not actually typing the quotes, or dollar signs or anything....
