im running karmic koala 9.10 and im having trouble.
so before i even thought about posting this i looked up the issue.
every time i try to start up my software center it comes up with its tab on...

every time i try to start up my software center it comes up with its tab on...
so im having nearly the same problem,say for instead of opening at all it comes up on the bottom saying "starting ubuntu softw.." then dissapears. i have rythmbox playing and it momentarily freezes...
