    I too, dont get, why XMMS is not supported, Amarok and xmms2 just dont cut it. Just tried xmms2, and my cpu usage went on 25 % (I got phenom quad 2.5 ghz)....

    Wifi is like a HUB. HUB does not know on which port is your PC, so it sends package to all PC connected to the HUB.

    But your NIC filters the packages and accepts only packets that are addressed...

    I have found the problem and the solution,

    This rule was in a way

    iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s 192.168.2.0/24 -j SNAT --to-source=$IP

    I changed it to

    iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING...

    Thanks for the reply, ip forwarding is enabled (on server)

    I added route like this:

    sudo route add -net 10.3.3.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 192.168.2.1

    After that, I could not ping from/to...

    Well i think it comes with Xbuntu with reason... Its less hungry than gnome (ubuntu). So try installing XFCE and test the performance again.

    This should quite fasten up your small pc;)

    well what seems to be the problem here? I dont see any. Your system detects usb, so just mount it and it should work. To do so, mkdir, sth like /mnt/usb, than do sudo mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt/usb
