  1. Re: [HowTo] Undervolting the AMD Turion X2 (and some others)

Many thanks as usual seems to work just fine here. :p
  2. Re: [HowTo] Undervolting the AMD Turion X2 (and some others)

I have not tried the new version as I'm just happy to know it's working as I needed, again thank you. I did however condense the command to one line as you suggested, much neater.

    Unfortunately...
  3. Re: [HowTo] Undervolting the AMD Turion X2 (and some others)

Hi blackshard thanks for your work.

If you look above the only issue I'm having is I'm not sure if it's actually doing what it's supposed to do.

    I have a AMD Turion X2 Dual-Core Mobile RM-72...
  4. Re: [HowTo] Undervolting the AMD Turion X2 (and some others)

I don't know why it worked when it shouldn't have, does it look like it is working to you?
  6. Re: [HowTo] Undervolting the AMD Turion X2 (and some others)

I forgot to modprobe msr and moprobe cpuid. That's why things didn't work the second time around. It seems to be working now.

I've added both of those commands to the script and it seems to fine....
  7. Re: [HowTo] Undervolting the AMD Turion X2 (and some others)

    TurionPowerControl -l & infobash output

    root@v3lm4:/home/exmage# TurionPowerControl -l
    Turion Power States...
  8. Re: [HowTo] Undervolting the AMD Turion X2 (and some others)

I copied your config and made it an executable scipt, I'm curious if what I've done is helping I get the following when running the script.

    root@v3lm4:/home/exmage/Downloads# ./turionuv ...
