    Then we have the same problem with the i7.. it's strange because my last CPUs (e4600 and e8500 both in OC) never had problems with FSB changes..

    I found that the problem is in the bclk..
    Ubunt still considers it at 133, while for sure is at 200..
    The frequency scaling applet goes with multi from 12x to 17x (as set in bios), infact in Ubuntu...

    Thanks cubeist, i installed and tried hwinfo but get 3600 MHz.. :mad:

    Seems for now there's nothing else to do except write in conky: 'CPU speed: 3000 MHz'

    But there must be something to fix...

    Absolutely sure i use 10x molti, because i'm using stock Vcore. To reach 3,60 GHz i have to give more then 1,40 Volts! It wouldn't boot with 300x12 and stock Voltage, but would be great!! :)
