[all variants] Re: FFmpeg Mplayer VLC - News & Howtos

A quick google indicates that the version used in CentOS 5.x was mkisofs 2.x. Also, to be clear, the problem wasn't consistent, and not a problem with video files, only some data files. At any...

[all variants] Re: FFmpeg Mplayer VLC - News & Howtos

@andrew.46, I don't want to reignite that fire either. As I said it is mostly based on RH based distros, but it seems to be the case with Fedora and Ubuntu, as well as #!Crunchbang.

[SOLVED] Re: merge mkv files from command line

Even though this thread is several years old now, I too want to say thank you--I hadn't realized that the 001, 002 and so on meant it was split at binary level. In on of those fairly meaningless...

    Re: Online shopping lens

Well, apparently there's already a big thread on Reddit.

As for me, I'm more concerned about what will happen to Amy and Rory. (If you don't get the reference, don't worry.)

[ubuntu] Re: Ubuntu and the asus zenbook (UX31)

No, I just plug them, all the way, not half way. Have you tried with other headphones? (Another thought is boot some other distro with a live CD, to see if the problem is hardware or software. )

Headphones are working properly for me, both with rhythmbox and vlc.

That is, when I plug them in, I don't hear anything from the speakers.
