    You can also enable Flashblock, but add YouTube to its whitelist, and FlashVideoReplacer will work as intended.

    The above posts are mainly for themes, which is all good.

    But if you want a docking bar like on a Mac, try Avant Window Manager, Cairo Dock, or Gnome Do's Docky bar.
