When I go to use Connect to Server with SSH selected it will not connect to the remote machine within my LAN (Machine 1 to machine2).

The IP address is definitely correct, no firewall is engaged...

The grid plug-in doesn't seem to be the issue, so will have to keep on looking

I have turned the plug-in on and off, so lets see if I get the issue again.

Hopefully that has banished the bug for good

AT least I am not alone.

This is occurring on a clean install of Ocelot for me, but not on 3 other machines upgraded from Natty to Ocelot.

I have only noticed since the upgrade to Ocelot, but in all fairness I did not use Unity on Natty.

It doesn't appear to be related to the mouse,more that when the Unity dock appears it also appears and stays well after the dock auto-hides.

This is a rather annoying issue which is also intermittent and it seems to occur mostly when I move the mouse pointer over to uncover the Unity dock.

Any thoughts to get it working under gnome would be great

Issue is now fixed, it appears there may be a bug in 173.14.28 driver that may cause this issue.

But I have upgraded the Nvidia driver to 260.19.06 driver and the issue no longer occurs.

I am having an issue that I had a few versions back and basically when playing a video file the output colours are showing the wrong colours.

I did fix this last time but I can't remember...

Bought two Move controllers yesterday and have found them to be very good.

My daughter has Eyepet and after the free 2Gb download it has been upgraded to the Move edition and it works much better...

Hardware is just fine as I have had no crashes in the last almost 20 minutes, if this is to happen it normally only takes a few minutes.

My preferred method for a dual boot Windows/Ubuntu machine is to have the following partition layout

1) Windows c: (used for OS/programs)
2) Windows d: (used for data (I rarely do this))

Are you trying to access the net through ethernet or wireless?
What type of internet connection are you using...adsl or 3g?
What type of PC do...

To me this is a great thing, more modern hardware to run with Amiga OS4.
Now people with Intel processors might look at this and start knocking but Power PC hardware is different, you can't compare...

I just tried installing DeVeDe here on 64bit Karmic and it worked fine for me.

I had to install MPlayer before it would work though.

Try using Soundconverter thats what I use to do this
