i keep getting this message

i think you right... maybe i shouldnt use windows and ubuntu at the same time , thats what i use to do go back and forth between both

what they told me is that when installing ubuntu,the text editor gedit comes with it. but how do u open it i cant find it i already try for like 20 min. please help how do i get to it? :)
