I think those libraries all use the CPU. I've been having a look at openCL because it enables general purpose programming on the GPU whilst not being tied to a specific vendor's hardware. The IPP...
Hi,
I've been investigating the possibility of enhancing the performance of some the image processing code used in the project I'm working on by using openCL.
I was wondering if anyone knows if...
Hi Thanks, for all the replys,
Being research related I have quite allot of freedom in the tools I use, so I have been using standard C/C++ and QT for user interfaces so portability isn't so...

It's not strictly a programming question but I was wondering if there is anyone else who has to work on windows at work but also does work at home on Ubuntu.

Isn't this feature fairly redundant - I mean if your laptop is stolen and you have a good password then they'd have to format the hard disk and reinstall something on it so you wouldn't be able to...
Oh yea! Just finished downloading Gutsy and having a look around - one annoyance, my wireless card still doesn't work properly but nevermind.
