Evolution too clever for its own good?
Meerkat generally continues to work well for me.
The only glitch that I have come across is that Evolution appears to be almost too well integrated with the rest of Gnome desktop. Specifically, if I connect to the Internet through Network Manager, Evolution immediately recognises that I have done so, and accesses the appropriate mailboxes.
However, if I use Vodafone Mobile Connect (which, at this stage, is much the easiest way to drive an E3765 modem, and otherwise works perfectly well with Meerkat) Evo does not appear to understand what has happened, and I haven't yet found a way of forcing it to move into online mode.
[For the record, the problem does not arise in Lucid or in Mint 9]
