Hello,
I joined this forum about a year ago. I havent posted too many times, but only remember one time violating the cross/ posting to the wrong forum rule, and appologized for that in advance if I had.
If there is some other reason that I can not post or reply, please let me know. It has been this way for at least a couple of weeks, and I have "contacted" the forum moderators to inquire, but no response so far.

Must have been some kind of misconfiguration -- sorry for the inconvenience.
We don't dish out restrictions like that unless you do something really wrong and repeated attempts to work it out peacefully do not succeed. Even then, we'll make it clear specifically what kind of restrictions we're making.
Who did you PM/contact regarding these issues?
At first, a few nights ago, I clicked the "contact us " button at the bottom of the screen.
Then last night I posted in this forum and within a very few seconds, it seemed like, may have been a few minutes, I was able to see the reply and post buttons. And it no longer said "You MAY NOT ... this and that at the bottom of pages.

It may have been a temporary fluke. I know around that time we may have been doing theme work and database refreshes, and that may have temporarily knocked out reply services....
