No, however you will need to create a virtual hard drive through virtualbox which will allow you to partition that containing more than one OS on a vbox machine. Otherwise you can create seperate virtual hard drives for every OS you test out.

My current favorite is Fedora 10. :guitar:

I'm hoping that CentOS 5.3 will also make the cut when it's released.
