D-Link DWA-547 - Little help?

Hey Everyone,

Trying to get my wireless card working (D-Link DWA-547) in the latest ubuntu build (8.04). I have done some searching on google and on the forums here with people who seem to have mixed success on getting the card running properly.

I have never used madwifi or NDISWrapper before so its new territory for me. Can anyone let me know which worked best for them (i have heard countless reports of people loosing connectivity after a few minutes/hours) and how they went about it, driver sources, etc?

If anyone has a step-by-step guide on this i would really appreciate it and if it gets me up and running i will be more than happy to offer the first person a cold beer of there choice :D
