Desktop icons
Hello,
i have Ubuntu 12.04.
My problem: when I save, for example, a picture on the first desktop, its only there.
So the second Desktop is still empty.
What do I have to change, that the icons, folders, picture and so on are on all Desktops?
Thank you for your answer!

Re: Desktop icons
If you have the Gnome Tweak Tool installed there are options to add certain folders to the desktop but you should be able to add other folders to the desktop also .
I am using 12.10 and when I add a folder or picture to a work space it appears in all work spaces and that required no special settings in 12.04 or 12.10 . When you write desktop do you mean workspace or another desktop environment suck as Gnome Classic or the shell ?

Re: Desktop icons
I haven't installed any other desktop enviroment.
So I mean the working space.
It could be that my son has changed some attitudes, but I don't know if that is the cause.
So what do I have to change?
