x2x (control of mouse over multiple displays) doesn't work on xubuntu 12.04
Has stopped working
works on 10.04 - on 12.04 you see the mouse pointer on the machine you are
"driving" - for instance in this command
ssh -X user@192.168.1.67 -C "x2x -east -to :0"
controls right screen
on 12.04 you see the mouse pointer but it is locked to the very left of the screen
(you cannot drift it across, right).
Works fine on 10.04 - had reported this problem as being a problem of 12.04 driving 10.04. It is a 12.04 problem. x2x is a basic facility
Can't use 12.04 (and many other people can't) until this is resolved.
I have raised this issue twice with no reply.

upgrading to 12.04 (which I like) :(
