Dual-booting Ubuntu/XP with multiple drives?

Hi all,

I have Ubuntu Netbook Remix running on my Asus EEE PC...or I should say, I had. I had to put Windows XP on here (for AD admin stuff) but want a dual-boot. Here's the problem. My EEE pc has 2 SSD, the first is 8gb, second is 32gb. Windows insists on installing on he first one, 8gb, which is fine and all, I wiped the disk and planned to put windows there and then UNR on the 32gb one. But Ubuntu installs normally, but it won't boot.

Suggestions? I'd be fine to install UNR on there via Wubi, but 8gb drive isn't big enough for XP/UNR on the same partition.
