Updating Ubuntu 12.04 breaks wired network printing "Processing - Not Connected?"
Wired network printing to my Brother HL-2170-W has been working fine until I used the Update Manager to put the latest updates on my PC, 2014/April/16.
Now Printer Properties says, "Processing - The Printer is busy",
The Print Queue says, "Processing - Not Connected?".
I did Print Queue clears, desktop reboots, LAN switch reboots, printer reboots, tried sending a test page to the printer, and it hung with the same message.
I went to another Ubuntu 12.04 desktop on my network and sent a test page to the printer. It printed fine. I used Update Manager to put in the latest updates to THAT PC. Now THAT PC does not print either. It hangs with the same message.
I went to a Windows 7 desktop and printed to the printer. It prints fine.
What did I break with the updates?

SOLVED - it took a Router reset to do it.
