Realtek Onboard Ethernet Driver Issue

Hi, I am currently having an ethernet driver issue. The issue started when I installed my wireless driver, which is a Ralink 802.11n wireless mini pci-E card, on a HP Pavilion Desktop running Ubuntu 10.04 32-bit. I have tried to reinstall the drivers manually, with no success. I have also tried various articles and forum post directions with again, no success. Please help, and thanks if anyone does.
