Do you use assistive software at work?

I am doing a dissertation project on investigating the accessibility and functionality of how users with various impairments use assistive technology and if they were to use it at work. Has it enabled them to be just as productive as other employee's. Whether you are unemployed, seeking work, or a student in education. I would love to hear from you and share your views on this. Do you think that it could promote more diversity in the workplace to accomodate the various needs of employee's?
