Any PDF READERS out here? Or can I use Espeak???

Hey there,
I was just curious if anyone knew of ANY program that will actually READ (out loud) a PDF file... I've heard that there are a few programs out there and that thy're hard to find so I wanted to know if it's a myth or if anyone can back this up.
It'd be immensely practical if I could find, download, and install one for free...

a couple of workarounds (using Chrome and PDFViewer) are mentioned - hope it helps.
